Overview

This cancellation policy outlines the terms for cancelling or modifying your destinationlab subscription. We aim to make the process straightforward and transparent. All cancellation requests can be submitted through your account settings or via email to support@destinationlab.io.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. β€’ No cancellation fees apply β€’ You retain full access until the end of the paid period β€’ No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and run for a 12-month term. β€’ Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term β€’ No partial refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual plan β€’ You retain full access to the platform until the term expires β€’ Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time through your account settings

Free Trial Cancellation

You can cancel during the 14-day free trial at any time without charge. No payment information is required during the trial, so no billing occurs if you choose not to continue. If you do not select a paid plan at the end of the trial, your workspace will be preserved in read-only mode for 30 days.

Refund Process

In general, subscription fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the following cases: β€’ Platform outages exceeding the SLA commitment β€” refund credits are calculated based on the monthly fee for the affected period β€’ Billing errors β€” full refund for any incorrect charges β€’ Duplicate payments β€” full refund processed within 14 business days Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 5–10 business days.

Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation: β€’ Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after your subscription ends β€’ You may export all your data (customers, bookings, documents, etc.) during this period β€’ After the 30-day window, your data may be permanently deleted β€’ Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by law We recommend exporting your data before your subscription expires.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. β€’ Upgrades take effect immediately β€” you are billed the prorated difference β€’ Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period β€’ Switching from monthly to annual billing applies the annual discount immediately β€’ Reducing user seats takes effect at the next billing period
